Today's look is one of my favorite as it consists of this cute peplum top that I paired with a cobalt blue mini skirt and matching accessories. The handbag is a Celine tricolor python luggage tote and complimentary heels from Roberto Cavalli. I believe a peplum top always elevates an outfit and I have listed some of my favorite below.
